místo - rozvoj charakteru, vlastností, osobnosti ("vhodný" charakter, vlastnost a osobnost definuje filosofie Kairos, např. ochota přispívat ke společnému zájmu skupiny).
místo - podpora "správných" postojů, názorů ("správnost" definuje filosofie školy a ŠVP, například tolerance k odlišnostem).
místo - rozvoj kompetencí (klíčových kompetencí dle RVP ZV ale i dalších "soft skills" v souladu s filosofií školy, například schopnost aplikovat učivo v běžném životě, RVP ZV).
